Job Description

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all topics related to Active Directory and Microsoft Cloud. With your strong technical knowledge and organizational skills, you will provide support to IT colleagues worldwide. You can expect a responsible role in a dynamic environment with varied challenges.

Your Tasks

• Administration of AD / AAD (O365, Microsoft Teams, e‑mail, 3rd‑party e‑mail archiving, OneDrive, Azure basics, GPOs, etc., also with the help of PowerShell)
• Management of software licensing for all Microsoft products
• Management of Microsoft Intune inventory, installation of applications, creation of packages, patching, new PCs and autopilot
• User support for AD/Azure AD
• Review of guidelines, process descriptions and work instructions according to specifications
• Identification, monitoring, documentation and escalation of security events in the Azure Cloud in collaboration with the IT security team
• Collaboration in the realization of global IT projects
• Application management, including Active Directory, Azure AD and all components, global ADDS, interfaces from Azure to 3rd‑party tools
• Permanent review of security settings in Azure
• Server management under Windows and VMware
• Monitoring of the IT environment
• Global user support from 1st LVL to 3rd LVL support in the IT area

Qualifications

• Completed training in the IT sector, e.g., IT specialist for system integration with appropriate further training or additional qualification
• Knowledge of Azure AD
• Relevant professional experience in the IT sector
• Very good English & German language skills
