Overview

Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin (Marketing & Data Cloud) role at Fresenius Kabi. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user support and drive adoption and effectiveness of Marketing & Data Cloud.
• Create and maintain targeted training materials and conduct service-oriented training sessions for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the global OneCRM initiative, focusing on harmonizing customer service and sales processes.
• Support the design, configuration, and rollout of OneCRM functionality related to Marketing & Data Cloud to establish a consistent, high-performing service experience across regions and business units.
• Pulse Program (OneCRM) Support: help define the wider Customer Engagement ecosystem within Marketing & Data streams, prepare workshops to kickstart localization, define harmonized business processes across regions, write Features & User Stories, configure OneCRM instances, and provide trainings and hypercare.
• Operational Business Support: lead and support regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations; develop and deliver training materials; provide end-user support; drive CRM adoption; data management including data quality improvements, migrations, and cleaning; support reporting & analytics; collaborate with regional teams, IT and global digital transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Pharma / Life Science, preferably in CRM-focused and commercial roles.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin.
• University degree in business administration, economics, or similar; MBA or PhD preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth practical experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Salesforce Admin Certification required (additional Business Analyst, Service Cloud, and FSL certifications preferred).
• Independent, process- and result-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally.
