Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Business Development Manager (f/m/d) eRetail & Fashion to join our team at Rhenus Logistics .

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing division sales strategy in the eRetail & Fashion sector, establishing target accounts to grow existing and develop new business, and maintaining relationships with our existing Strategic Key Customers.

  • Develop and execute division sales strategy in the eRetail & Fashion sector
  • Establish target accounts to grow existing & develop new business on a cross Business Unit level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our existing Strategic Key Customers
  • Coordinate all sales activities of Rhenus with these Customers
  • Demonstrate ability to identify gaps of the current services at customer site and prepare appropriate response for the identified needs
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Global Functions as well Business Units
  • Deliver quality, sustainable supply chain revenue growth to the organization and responsibility for the yearly sales target achievement
  • Responsibility for the long-term business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Strategic planning by creating and implementing strategic account plans
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Transparent, regular communication of all customer related topics

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global context, with extensive experience in multi-level personnel management, a profound understanding of global logistics processes, and strong relationship management skills.
