Global Commercial New Products Manager - 70% part‑time (m/f/d)

  • Support clinical research, external science, and innovation decision‑making through robust commercial assessments
  • Act as the commercial counterpart to the Scientific New Products Team in all pre‑commercial new asset processes
  • Co‑lead the pre‑launch preparation phase for selected assets transitioning into commercialization
  • Drive the development of early commercial strategies for selected assets and support global opportunity maximization for Dr. Falk
  • Ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration with Global Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Clinical Development, and External Innovation
  • Support the Business Development and Partnering team in commercial out‑licensing activities

Main Responsibilities

  • Screen and assess business opportunities from a holistic commercial perspective
  • Evaluate commercial potential, develop business cases, and provide strategic input into go/no‑go decisions in cooperation with selected functions
  • Lead the definition of commercial strategy for selected pre‑commercial assets
  • Develop early go‑to‑market strategies aligned with stakeholder expectations and commercial goals
  • Contribute commercial insights into product profiles, lifecycle planning, and early clinical development
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure integrated and actionable commercial input
  • Prepare and present commercial recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
