Als Consulting Solutions Engineer im technischen Pre‑Sales bei NetApp übernimmst du die strategische Verantwortung für ausgewählte Global Accounts. Du entwickelst kundenorientierte End‑to‑End‑Lösungsstrategien auf Basis des NetApp‑Portfolios und führst ein technisches (virtuelles) Team, um erstklassige Ergebnisse zu liefern.

Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische technische Kundenbeziehungen auf- und ausbauen (Management- und C‑Level)
• Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Kundenbereichen aufnehmen, priorisieren und orchestrieren
• End‑to‑End Lösungsstrategien entwickeln
• Fachliche Führung eines technischen Teams; Architektur, Roadmap, PoCs verantworten
• Komplexe Technologie in verständliche Business‑Outcomes übersetzen (TCO/ROI)
• Vertriebs-, Services- und Partner-Teams koordinieren; RFI/RFP/Proposal‑Unterstützung
• Workshops, Briefings und Best Practices durchführen; Thought Leadership etablieren
• Kontinuierliches Account Planning inkl. Pipeline, Forecast und Executive Updates

• Kommunikationsstark, neugierig, empathisch; stark in Storytelling und Präsentation
• Souverän im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen; Beziehungsmanagement auf Managementebene

Technische Kompetenz

• Konvergente/Hyperkonvergente Infrastruktur, Enterprise/Cloud Computing
• Cloud Services (z. B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Hybrid‑Cloud‑Architekturen
• Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware), Storage (NAS/SAN/Objekt), Backup & Data Protection, HA/DR
• Automatisierung (z. B. Ansible, Terraform, REST‑APIs)

Wirtschaftliche Kompetenz

• TCO‑Analysen, ROI/Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen
• Verständnis für Rahmenvereinbarungen/-verträge und OPEX‑Finanzierungsmodelle

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

• 5–8 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen IT‑Vertrieb/Pre‑Sales (Cloud, Hardware oder Software)
• Bachelor of Science in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandtem Bereich erforderlich; Hochschulabschluss (Master) bevorzugt
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
