Global Data Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

For our department Global Data Excellence we are looking for an Global Data Excellence Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the orchestration of the Data Excellence framework in the company.
• Drives the G+D data strategy and implementation of our data excellence roadmap
• Moderation of the communication between players in the data excellence process
• Responsible for the Data Excellence zones and all other governance rules and standards.
• Ownership of the data catalogue and the data quality tool
• Responsibility for the communication with the different stakeholders.
• Comprehensive overview and publication of the measures for Data Excellence work (e.g. data quality, metadata management)
• Responsibility for Cross-Domain Excellence Board

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Several years of professional experience in data governance and data management, business intelligence or related fields
• Experience with data platforms and tools such as MS Fabrics, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, etc.
• Understanding of IT architectures and interface management
• Ability to strategically plan and implement transformation projects
• Strong experiences with data catalogues (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Atlan)
• Change management skills and stakeholder communication
• Experience in project management (traditional and agile)
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Results orientation and a passion for innovation
• Ability to foster a data-driven culture within the company
• Very good German and English skills
