Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own enterprise‑wide Windows and macOS device management and imaging (SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro)
• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows 10/11 imaging and OS deployment solutions (PXE, Boot Media, Task Sequences)
• Administer Microsoft Intune for cross‑platform device lifecycle, compliance, and application management
• Manage SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patching, inventory, and reporting
• Lead macOS management, including Intune/Jamf administration, OS upgrades, and cloud migrations
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for deployment and operations
• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust alignment
• Provide L3 support and lead incident/problem resolution for endpoint platforms
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
• Mentor technical teams and drive best practices in endpoint management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint and device management
• Strong expertise in SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and Windows Autopilot
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, imaging, and hardware compatibility
• Advanced scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash; VBScript is a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AD, Apple Business Manager, and identity integration
• Proven leadership experience in managing senior technical teams
• Experience with cloud‑based endpoint management and large‑scale environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with security, compliance, and Zero Trust frameworks
