Your Tasks – What you can expect as Global IT Team Lead (SAP FICO) (f / m / d) :

• Leadership & Strategy : You lead and develop an international team of SAP FICO experts (f / m / d) in a dynamic environment, driving innovation and aligning IT support with business needs.
• Process Optimization & Consulting : Acting as an internal consultant, you will be promoting continuous improvement and optimizing finance and controlling processes.
• Performance & Risk Management : You will establish KPI systems, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with business partners.
• Global Collaboration & Standardization : Collaborating with global teams (e.g. Business Partnering, IT Operations) to develop and implement standardized solutions is nothing new to you.
• Training & Project Management : You take ownership of technical trainings and lead global and regional rollouts, ensuring clear communication, budget control, and adherence to timelines

Your Profile – What You bring as Global IT Team Lead (SAP FICO) (f / m / d) :

• Education & Experience : You have a relevant Bachelor's degree, a Master's or MBA degree is an advantage. You bring several years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant (f / m / d), ideally within the chemical or process industry.
• Project & Team Leadership : Leading international teams and managing full-cycle SAP rollouts within matrix organizations is part of your proven track record.
• Process & Compliance Knowledge : You are familiar with change management, data protection, and process documentation tools such as ARIS.
• SAP Expertise : You bring a deep understanding of SAP FI / CO modules, including CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders, Asset Accounting, and Banking.
• S / 4HANA Proficiency : You have hands‑on experience with S / 4HANA Financial Accounting, including Parallel Ledger Accounting, Document Splitting, and New Asset Accounting.
• Communication Skills : You have strong intercultural communication abilities and are capable of explaining complex topics clearly and effectively.
• Language & Mobility : You are fluent in German and English and willing to travel up to 30%.
