Global Lead – Revenue Management and Pricing Solutions (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced leader for our European Revenue Management business functions. This role will act as the strategic interface between revenue management stakeholders and the technology organization.

Role Purpose

To act as the primary strategic interface between the European Revenue Management business functions (including Gross-to-Net management, optimization, pricing, tenders and related order‑to‑cash processes) and the technology organization. The role will shape IT demand, deliver solutions and manage the IT application portfolio for revenue management across Europe and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as single point of contact and trusted IT advisor for senior revenue management stakeholders across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding business priorities, challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business strategies and requirements into actionable IT initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain the IT application roadmap for European revenue management, aligning with business and technology strategy.
  • Map existing business processes and the supporting IT landscape.
  • Identify opportunities where technology can drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Develop compelling business cases for new IT investments.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of revenue management IT applications from demand intake to implementation and operational stability.
  • Lead or provide senior oversight for IT projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery within business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners on solution design, engineering and architectural alignment.
  • Manage relationships and performance of external vendors and service providers.
  • Prioritize activities for stabilizing existing applications and manage migration to the standalone Sandoz environment post spin‑off.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations during changes or migrations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Senior leader experience at Lead, Principal or Director level within an IT organization.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of IT business partnering or BRM roles, acting as strategic interface between IT and senior business stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of European pharmaceutical market and revenue management processes (Gross-to-Net, pricing, tenders, rebates, order‑to‑cash).
  • Strong background in business analysis, solution engineering/design, and familiarity with typical revenue management platforms such as SAP modules, Vistex, Model N, Highradius, and custom solutions.
  • Demonstrated project and vendor management experience, leading complex IT projects and managing external partners.
  • Experience in transitional environments such as mergers, acquisitions or spin‑offs.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, IT landscape mapping, and business case development.
  • Academic qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Willingness to work within a European context with occasional travel to key markets.
