How You Will Create An Impact

  • Design, coordinate and implement global learning programmes (live/digital) – particularly leadership training initiatives – for Consulting and Central Functions, collaborating closely with business leaders, HR partners, internal trainers, external vendors and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless global roll‑out and alignment within a matrix organisation.
  • Analyse learning needs with HR and business stakeholders, translate skill‑gaps into high‑impact leadership and learning solutions aligned with company strategy and future business requirements, ensuring buy‑in across functions and geographies.
  • Coordinate the global business coaching programme end‑to‑end: strategy, vendor and participant management, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Together with internal and external stakeholders, design and evolve learning experiences using modern modalities to enhance relevance, engagement and measurable outcomes across regions.
  • Use learning analytics, participant feedback and KPIs to assess programme effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and lead targeted enhancements to content, facilitation and learner experience.
  • Manage external trainers, coaches and vendors: identify, onboard, maintain partnerships, negotiate global contracts and ensure quality, consistency and cost‑efficiency in your programmes.
  • Plan capacity, scheduling and budget for your assigned programmes, ensuring operational efficiency and financial discipline.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, audience‑appropriate communication related to learning and coaching programmes – including participant information, stakeholder updates and leadership briefings – to ensure alignment, engagement and adoption across regions and seniority levels.

About You

  • Degree in Business, HR Management, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or training programme management, with proven experience managing leadership development programmes, ideally within a global matrix and professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and align stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong cross‑cultural communication skills – effective in virtual, global collaboration.
  • High conscientiousness, strong eye for detail and talent for organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills; able to balance strategic design with executional rigour.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with interactive learning formats and technologies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); German proficiency is an advantage.
