About the Role

WorkFlex is seeking a Global Mobility Compliance Specialist to join our team. As part of a rapidly growing startup backed by prominent investors, you'll contribute to our mission of enabling compliant remote work worldwide.

Responsibilities

1. Stay informed on global mobility compliance topics, including workations, business travel, and employee mobility.
2. Support clients and internal teams by providing guidance on mobility-related decisions and building strong relationships.
3. Assist operationally with trip assessments, risk analysis, PWD notifications, and policy exceptions.
4. Manage escalations by addressing client and service queries promptly.
5. Support business development by collaborating with sales and customer success teams to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of global mobility compliance, especially in remote work contexts.
2. Fluency in both German and English.
3. Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Proactive, client-focused, and adaptable mindset.
