The Background:

Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients across a broad range of global mobility tax issues from strategy to execution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, selling the company’s services whilst leading a team of experienced global mobility tax professionals.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including: tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes.
• Lead a team of experienced mobility tax professionals
• Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage
• Develop client proposals and presentations
• Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships

The Person:

The successful candidate must have previous global mobility tax experience with a focus on individual tax. Applicants must be team players with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.
