What youâll do
- Define and validate L3âL5 target processes by preparing and contributing to fitâtoâstandard workshops, ensuring alignment with business needs, SAP standards, and implementation partners.
- Establish master data governance, analyze legacy data quality, and prepare for seamless data migration to ensure readiness for S/4HANA implementation.
- Lead the design and validation of detailed processes (L4âL5), develop test cases for endâtoâend scenarios, and support integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Train local key users, create training materials, and support goâlive activities, including cutover planning, data migration, and functional system readiness validation.
- Provide hypercare support postâgoâlive, resolve issues, validate change requests, and drive continuous improvement in the Acquire to Decommission process area.
Who you are
- Experienced in maintenance processes with knowledge of the current SAPâPM standard process, data, and KPIs, as well as familiarity with the Knauf maintenance community (gypsum and insulation).
- Skilled in endâtoâend process modeling (e.g., SAP Signavio) and knowledgeable about SAP S/4HANA Cloud and industry best practices.
- Analytical and detailâoriented with expertise in data migration, master data governance, and problemâsolving.
- Collaborative and communicative with strongâfunctional skills to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively.
- Changeâready and adaptable with project management skills, the ability to manage organizational change, experience in training endâusers and driving adoption of new processes.
