Global Process Architect

Your contribution
As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonised business processes. You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and how that fits into our process architecture.
This role is instrumental in driving the process ownership rollout, driving process fluency, creating and delivering process training, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with the business teams and help them embrace the process and organizational changes.

As a key member of the transformation team, you will:

• Design and maintain the global scalable process architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Support transformation projects by translating business requirements into process designs that serve local needs as well as global goals.
• Drive process ownership across the organization by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
• Promote process fluency by developing and delivering training materials and workshops tailored to various stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate change adoption by working closely with business teams to embed new ways of working.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of processes. Lead and manage our process community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HR, Engineering, or a related field such as Economics, or Industrial Management.
• Extensive experience working on process transformations in Sales, HR or Supply Chain Management is a must; additional experience in Finance is a plus
• Prior experience in a semiconductor and manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong background in process fluency upskilling and process training; high level of accountability for driving process knowledge into the organization
• Excellent communication, facilitation and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German or Japanese is a plus
• Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, APQC, SCOR
• Self-starter with analytical mindset
• Ability to understand the business context and cater for the appropriate level of process management and rollout method
• Experience in managing key senior business focused stakeholders
