What you'll do

• Own and evolve global service processes and data across Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys and SAP
• Set and steer the end to end roadmap aligned with our contact to closure transformation program
• Translate customer and service representative needs into a prioritized backlog and lead cross functional delivery across release cycles
• Establish data governance (models, standards, ownership, quality) and ensure compliant, trusted data
• Orchestrate integrations and performance management (KPIs, dashboards) to create a single source of truth and drive continuous improvement

Who you are

• A strategic, hands on operator who balances big picture thinking with meticulous execution
• Experienced in the Salesforce ecosystem (especially Service Cloud) and modern service workplace design
• Skilled in contact centre and service operations, with practical experience integrating Genesys and SAP
• You are data savvy, with knowledge in data modelling, master data management, data quality and analytics, and familiarity with data protection and privacy standards is an advantage
• Thriving in collaborative settings, you work closely with Business and IT colleagues and stakeholders to reach shared objectives
