Global Process Engineer (f / m / d)

Responsibilities

• Engineering tasks within the FST Components rubber mixing facilities
• Optimization of process chain, machines and equipment in collaboration with suppliers, operations and sites
• Developing proposals for global standardization of production processes and equipment
• Conception of production processes, process chains, integration of new technology and automation
• Implementation of the Divisional technology strategy within projects encompassing all phases between planning and handover to operations as well as support during start up
• Application and implementation of internal and industrial standards
• Project management responsibility including time, quality and budget
• Professional lead in project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering)
• practical experience leading and working in engineering projects
• practical experience in the field of rubber mixing and processing technology
• practical experience in Lean Systems and SixSigma tools
• knowledge in CAD software, ideally with AutoCAD Mechanical
• hands on mentality
• autonomously and creatively solving complex Engineering tasks
• structured way of working and ability to think strategically
• Experience working in international und diverse teams
• Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
• Willingness to undergo further training and to travel globally
