Global Procurement Manager Marketing (d/f/m)

Henkel is seeking a Global Procurement Manager Marketing to lead the procurement function within the marketing domain.

What you’ll do

• Develop strategies for the assigned global spend / purchasing basket
• Independently manage & execute global sourcing projects within the area of responsibility
• Drive global, cross-regional and/or Germany-related tenders end‑to‑end
• Build in‑depth know‑how and expertise in the area of responsibility and its entire value chain
• Define and manage global supplier portfolio and strategic supplier relationships
• Establish strong relationships with key global and/or German stakeholders to drive projects, cost‑efficiency and innovation initiatives

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in business administration/international business/marketing or related field of studies
• Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing, marketing agencies or marketing procurement
• Communication and storytelling skills with ability to create and present compelling PPT presentations
• Ability to establish trustful relationships across functions, leaders and key suppliers
• Curious, self‑driven, proactive, and goal‑oriented team player with strategic mindset and organizational skills (including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously)
• Excellent English proficiency (written and oral); German is a plus
