Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for Infusion Therapy, aligned with global and regional objectives
• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and market readiness
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing) to deliver value‑driven solutions
• Work closely with country organizations to identify local needs and support the development of new products
• Organise and coordinate customer acceptance tests to validate product performance and ensure market fit
• Support sales teams with product training, promotional materials, and technical expertise
• Monitor product performance and initiate continuous improvement measures

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; additional qualifications in Life Sciences are a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in medical devices or infusion therapy
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a business‑oriented mindset
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
