Global Product Manager (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Optimize portfolio performance through comprehensive analysis, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions that meet customer demands and business objectives.
• Represent our products internally, by effectively communicating value propositions and positioning.
• Support innovation by understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and defining product requirements that exceed expectations.
• Drive tactical allocation and supply chain optimization projects.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, product management, or 5+ years of commercial, marketing, or supply chain experience in the B2B specialty chemicals sector.
• A proven track record of successful product management and launches.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Business fluency in English (German and Spanish are highly advantageous).
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and product management tools / methodologies.
• The ability to excel in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
