Position

Global Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) – Lead the global product marketing strategy for Cardiology PACS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine global product positioning, value proposition, and messaging for Cardiology PACS.
  • Create market‑oriented product messages tailored to cardiologists, IT leaders, hospital administration, and procurement.
  • Analyze international market trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments.
  • Plan, execute, and publish customer outcome stories, case studies, success stories, video interviews, and clinical use cases.
  • Coordinate collaboration with clinical users to showcase measurable results (e.g., efficiency gains, diagnostic quality improvements, workflow optimization).
  • Produce high‑quality marketing content: whitepapers, presentations, playbooks, sales enablement kits, website content, and campaign materials.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to identify market needs, success factors, and new value‑driven messages.
  • Develop and implement global launch strategies for releases and new product features.
  • Ensure the creation and delivery of sales tools (pitch decks, battle cards, ROI arguments, competitive analyses).
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for sales and presales teams.
  • Collaborate with product management, clinical consultants, and regional marketing teams.
  • Support congresses, webinars, KOL programs, and customer events.
  • Coordinate cooperation with external agencies (content, video, design).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medical Technology, Health Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in product marketing, ideally in medical imaging, PACS, cardiology, or clinical IT.
  • Additional professional experience also acceptable for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Solid experience in creating customer references, outcome stories, or clinical content.
  • Good knowledge of the healthcare market (hospital structures, decision‑making processes, reimbursement).
  • Proven experience working with global sales teams.
