Responsibilities:
- Support global sites in release and exceptional release decisions in close coordination with global functions
- Coordinate the resolution of complex product and quality issues, including deviations and investigations
- Develop, maintain, and harmonize global quality standards, inspection plans, and testing methods
- Monitor global quality trends and drive sustainable improvement actions across regions and plants
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance quality control processes, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Laboratories, and Process Engineering to ensure customer-focused quality solutions
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) to support sites, audits, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience in quality or process environments
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, including structured root cause analysis
- Project management experience and confidence in making quality-related decisions
- Fluency in German and very good English skills with the ability to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural environment
