Your role

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Global Regulatory Project Manager (f/m/div) within the Regulatory Excellence & Strategy group in Life Science. In this role, you will leverage your strong project management expertise to solve complex regulatory challenges and orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across a global organization. You are able to choose and apply the right project management approach for the right problem – from design and implementation to continuous improvement. You confidently manage a portfolio of projects, structure work, and align stakeholders towards clear outcomes. You have a proven track record in facilitating virtual meetings and in‑person workshops, including independently leading Kaizen Burst events. You enjoy navigating a diverse, global matrix organization, building networks, and enabling teams to deliver measurable impact. The position is located in Darmstadt, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and apply project management expertise to solve complex regulatory challenges and orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across a global organization.
  • Choose and apply the right project management approach for each problem, from design to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, structure work, and align stakeholders towards clear outcomes.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and in‑person workshops, including independently leading Kaizen Burst events.
  • Navigate a diverse, global matrix organization, build networks, and enable teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD) in Chemistry or Life Sciences preferred; a Master’s degree with strong relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the Life Science industry
  • Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI) or comparable project management certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L&SS)
  • Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) Green Belt
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and operational excellence
  • Proven experience in planning, leading and following up Kaizen Burst events
  • Strong networking, stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive adoption
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
