Global Quality & Continuous Imp Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the supplier qualification and development processes for PTU business (Power Train Unit) and to roll-out the Global Quality Management system for Power Protection business in EL-Smart Power.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Location: Europe

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Define the PTU business model together with Sales, Service and Project Execution
• Lead Supplier qualification process for PTU suppliers, driving approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts.
• Leading in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.
• Working together with buyers to engage suppliers and prepare claims cases when necessary.
• Lead and takes active participation in resolution of customer cases, following robust root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation (supplier + customers)
• Lead the Global Quality Management System for the entire Power Protection business (Front end, Back end, Agile Team, Functions)

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering. Masters degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
• ISO9001 Certified Auditor
• Knowledge in quality management, analysis/ improving tools
• Experience in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Ability to travel domestic and international up to 20%
