Global Trade & Shopper Marketing Lead (mfd)

Your Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with both marketing and sales functions you develop and execute a global Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy aligned with brand and category priorities
• With a strong focus on scalability and relevance you design global frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistent execution across channels and markets
• Based on shopper insights performance data and market trends you steer campaign optimization and strengthen excellence at the point of sale
• In partnership with key retail customers you contribute your expertise to integrated marketing initiatives and long-term growth plans
• As the global interface between headquarters and regional teams you drive collaboration best-practice sharing and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

• You hold a university degree in business administration marketing or a related field
• You bring significant experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing within an international retail or consumer-focused environment
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and turn insights into clear actionable strategies
• You show an entrepreneurial mindset take ownership and focus consistently on consumer and shopper needs
• You communicate confidently in English and German and collaborate effectively across cultures with a willingness to travel internationally
