Global Transaction Banking Sales Manager - Focus Area Working Capital Finance (m/f/d)

Join our team in supporting clients across Germany with working capital finance solutions, Trade Finance, and Cash Management.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong GTPS client relationships to ensure NBI growth.
- Work closely with the GLBA relationship team focusing on working capital solutions and discussing Trade Finance & Cash Management opportunities.
- Prepare client pitches, marketing and sales material with local GTPS teams.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs as part of GTPS client coverage.
- Attend client meetings, record follow‑up actions and complete Call Reports in SG Markets/IC.
- Conduct regular client activity reviews to identify utilisation trends, define corrective actions and, if needed, raise escalation to the GTB Head.
- Maintain up‑to‑date CRM/pipeline records and ensure accurate sales opportunity logging.
- Keep client folders on the Frankfurt shared drive current and organised.
- Take ownership of support queries raised by clients, coordinating with GTPS Teams in Paris.
- Stay informed on new services or product changes and communicate benefits to clients.
- Provide feedback on competitive positioning of Societe Generale in the German market.
- Coordinate credit‑related services for clients, ensuring timely execution.
- Support new client onboarding and keep clients informed of progress.
- Collaborate with GTPS partners to provide comprehensive global support.
Profile Required
- Minimum 10 years of sales or client relationship management experience with large companies.
- Experience structuring and selling working capital finance solutions and GTB products.
- Banking industry experience or knowledge preferred.
- Commercial awareness and innovative thinking.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Data analysis skills to identify sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Ownership mindset and ability to deliver quality results promptly.
- Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English; French an advantage.
