Job Summary :

The Operating Room Technician (OTA) supports surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting during surgeries, maintaining sterile environments and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and follow up surgical procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning, cleaning and draping.
• Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Perform instrument and sponge counts and maintain documentation.
• Support OR organization and logistics.

Requirements :

• Completed training as Operating Room Technician OR Nurse or Operation Theatre Technician.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Several years of professional experience in operating rooms.
• Verified academic documents and granted work visa.
• Professional competence teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Structured quality‑oriented and efficient working style.
• Flexibility motivation and willingness to learn.
