As GTM Associate, you'll help us build a world-class GTM engine and will grow professionally along the way. We welcome applications for both full-time and internship positions.

What We're Looking For

• First work experience in fast-paced environments, ideally combining generalist and customer-facing roles
• Extraordinary drive, strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation
• Quick to learn and adapt to new roles, tools and automation solutions
• Natural connector who proactively builds and develops relationships with customers, partners and team members
• German and English at a professional level

What You'll Do
In short: You'll help us build a world-class GTM organization, driving impact through killer demos and bold lead-gen plays.

• You take ownership of diverse go-to-market initiatives, from event organization to customer engagement
• You collaborate closely with our GTM leadership to identify new growth opportunities
• You plan and execute industry events that bring our brand to life and create meaningful connections with potential customers and partners
• You help design and deliver impactful product demos and support existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our AI agent
• You'll continuously improve how we approach lead generation, partner management, and customer success, leveraging automation tools where they make us faster and smarter
