We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Manager to drive growth across digital and retail channels. You’ll take ownership of planning, execution, and optimisation - building strategic partnerships, managing channel performance, and ensuring all products reach and engage the right audiences.

A bit about the role

• Identify and secure new online and offline partnerships to expand reach and drive performance.
• Oversee daily operations across key channels, including product listings, promotions, and inventory.
• Deliver impactful marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue while maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Partner closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to align objectives, leverage shared insights, and ensure seamless execution across all initiatives.
• Track and analyse channel KPIs - including traffic, sales, and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior.

A bit about you

• Fluent in English and German
• A strong understanding of the German market.
• Experience in channel operations, eCommerce, or platform marketing.
• Strong understanding of web and app-based commerce, and hands‑on experience with digital campaign execution.
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
