Join our Graduate Program as a Marketing Specialist and help us design and deliver marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth. From crafting compelling content to supporting campaign execution and analysing performance, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

What You Can Expect

Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Who We’re Looking For

You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .
You are a native German speaker and fluent in English .
You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g., citizenship or residency).
You have the experience ideally gained during structured work or internship for communications and marketing . You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
You have a creative mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
You are available to work full-time and can start within the next 3 months .
You bring international experience , whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
