Graphic Designer – Digital Focus (m/f/d) | Vollzeit
What You Bring to the Table:

• Bring the brand to life across all digital touchpoints—from social media and digital ads to our webshop, newsletters, and video content.
• Design for performance: Create assets that not only look great but drive clicks, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and partnerships teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and amplify campaign impact.
• Develop concepts and campaign visuals for key brand moments, product launches, and global collaborations (think MLB, Live Nation, and more).
• Adapt global brand assets for the U.S. market—ensuring design consistency while giving it a local edge.
• Stay on top of design trends in digital media, lifestyle, and fashion to keep our creative fresh and relevant.
• Support broader creative needs such as event signage, print materials, and packaging when needed.

Your ingredients:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, ideally with strong digital experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong eye for typography, motion, and brand consistency across formats.
• Understanding of social and performance-driven design principles.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (After Effects, Premiere).
• You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1); German is a plus.
