As our Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of FORMEL SKIN. Sitting within the Brand Team, you will own the creative look & feel across all touchpoints – from packaging and digital assets to brand experiences. You combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design expertise and bring a high level of aesthetic excellence and consistency to everything you create.
What You’ll Be Doing
Packaging Design: Create innovative and brand-consistent packaging solutions for our product lines.Content & Campaign Design: Conceptualize and design assets for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.Brand Touchpoints: Design and evolve physical brand touchpoints such as shipping boxes, flyers, and in-store materials.Creative Direction: Lead the visual direction of our campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand identity across all channels.Photoshoots & Production: Organize, plan, and execute photo and video shoots in collaboration with internal and external partners.Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Team, Marketing, and external agencies to bring brand concepts to life.Quality & Consistency: Ensure a high level of design excellence and maintain consistency across all assets and formats.
What You Need To Shine
4–6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director, or similar role – ideally within consumer brands (health, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C).Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital design, and campaign work.Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools).Experience in organizing and directing photo/video shoots.Aesthetic excellence and attention to detail, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling.Ability to translate brand strategy into creative concepts and executions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
