Greek-speaking Project Support / Project Assistant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Support Employee with native Greek language skills to assist in the coordination and execution of project activities, supporting cross‑functional teams and ensuring smooth communication with Greek‑speaking stakeholders.

Core tasks

• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.
• Support the preparation, translation, and review of project documentation (Greek ↔ German).
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
• Support data collection, reporting, and the preparation of presentations.

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Greek and strong command of German (spoken and written).
• Experience in project support, project coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
