Position Overview

At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Parks and Recreation Worker
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Commitment: Part-time, 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities

(Training support will be provided)

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world parks and recreation work based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations involving program planning, facility management, community event coordination, and public engagement
• Develop scenarios addressing diverse populations, safety protocols, conflict resolution, budget constraints, accessibility accommodations, and coordination across departments
• Review and evaluate AI responses to parks and recreation queries for accuracy and adherence to professional standards
• Provide detailed, structured feedback on scenarios to improve AI training and model performance

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in government, municipal parks, or public recreation programs
• Recognized for professional achievement and management responsibilities
• Proficient with common computer applications and software systems
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and spelling skills
• Successful completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessments
