Our client is seeking an experienced Group Accounting Manager to join their corporate accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to influence IFRS reporting and enhance global financial processes in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the IFRS subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and consistent reporting standards across the group.
• Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements and manage timely reporting to the parent company.
• Support international subsidiaries with complex IFRS issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit activities.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; specialisation in international accounting/auditing preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a leading audit firm or multinational group accounting role.
• Strong IFRS expertise and financial reporting skills.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP consolidation experience is an advantage.
