Privatal is currently working with a private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their portfolio company in Bavaria.

The Ideal CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business models related to professional service, people-driven business models, IT services and consulting, financial services, and similar.
• Demonstrated experience in buy-and-build scenarios, leading integration and driving synergy realisation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and/or been part of a private equity exit.
• Demonstrated experience in being the point of contact for banks, private equity. audits, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in being commercial, hands-on, and able to connect stategy and operations, but also to crunch numbers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the organisation, communication to all local directors, direct reports, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.

Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
