Group Controller–Operations Controlling (m/f/d) 80–100%

SFS Group is a globally leading company in the development and production of precision-formed components, mechanical fastening systems, and assemblies, headquartered in Heerbrugg, SG. Due to the secondment of a long-standing team member, we are looking for an analytically strong professional to strengthen our Group Controlling team.

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Mathematics
• Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company, ideally in an international environment
• Solid experience in plant controlling / operations controlling, as well as relevant project experience
• Very good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI, and SAP; VBA and SQL are an advantage
• Fluent English and willingness to undertake occasional international travel to SFS locations
• Strong initiative, high reliability, and strong analytical problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to think in interconnected, cross-functional ways
