Act as PMO for the One DHL program and support the core team (X-BU) with all One DHL related questions and requests for information. Support program lead with project related documentation and presentations as well as facilitation of workshops.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for questions from Business Units
• PMO for One DHL program
• Support with Communication materials
• Join meetings with suppliers
• Provide updates on project status to core team
• Support with project documentation and presentations

Second Master's, current Bachelor's students, and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!

What you’ll be provided with during your stay:

• Computer: A computer will be provided.
• Leadership space: AIESEC will be providing leadership training during your experience.
• International Exposure: Experience working in new cultures and industries.
• Support: Receive AIESEC Support for Selection (assistance with your application to opportunities and selection process).
• Compensation: Depending on the opportunity, you will receive either a salary to cover your costs or be provided with accommodation for the duration of your experience abroad.
