The Role

In this key leadership position, you will take full responsibility for Group-wide FP&A and Controlling activities and lead a team of approximately 5 finance professionals . You will oversee financial statements, monthly reporting and performance monitoring across 8 international markets , acting as a trusted business partner to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Group financial statements
• Lead, coach and develop a Group FP&A / Controlling team
• Drive monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes at Group levelEnd-to-end responsibility for monthly closing , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ongoing performance monitoring and variance analysis across all markets
• Prepare high-quality management reports and decision-support analyses
• Act as a key interface between Group Finance and local market finance teams
• Continuously improve reporting standards, financial processes and structures
• Support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in a multinational or group environment
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience (people and/or functional leadership)
• Strong expertise in Group reporting, financial statements and closing processes
• Proven experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• High level of resilience, decisiveness and hands-on mentality
• Comfortable navigating fast-changing and dynamic environments
• Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus
