Group FP&A / Controlling Manager

The Role

In this key leadership position, you will take full responsibility for Group-wide FP&A and Controlling activities and lead a team of approximately 5 finance professionals . You will oversee financial statements, monthly reporting and performance monitoring across 8 international markets , acting as a trusted business partner to senior management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of Group financial statements
Lead, coach and develop a Group FP&A / Controlling team
Drive monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes at Group level
End-to-end responsibility for monthly closing , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ongoing performance monitoring and variance analysis across all markets
Prepare high-quality management reports and decision-support analyses
Act as a key interface between Group Finance and local market finance teams
Continuously improve reporting standards, financial processes and structures
Support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Your Profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in a multinational or group environment
At least 2–3 years of leadership experience (people and/or functional leadership)
Strong expertise in Group reporting, financial statements and closing processes
Proven experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
High level of resilience, decisiveness and hands-on mentality
Comfortable navigating fast-changing and dynamic environments
Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus
