In this role, you will take full responsibility for your customers – from P&L management and the achievement of sales and profit targets, to the implementation of strategic growth initiatives and the independent management of your accounts, reporting directly to the Sales Director Off-Trade.
Independently lead and conduct annual negotiations with your assigned customers
Manage your accounts in line with company goals, priorities, and growth strategies
Full P&L responsibility with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth
Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and target achievement
Participate in internal and external sales events (trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.)
Collaborate closely with KAM, Brand Management, and other key interfaces to develop tailored customer offers
Contribute actively to overarching national and international projects within the Stock Spirits Group

Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Solid understanding of cross-functional collaboration
Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term growth goals
At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector (grocery & discount channels)
Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training
Ideally, GS1 Category Management certification
High self-motivation, strong organizational skills, team orientation, and sense of responsibility
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
