This role is part of the technical controlling team for the Bosch Home Comfort Group, leading employees and overseeing the S/4 based system landscape for FI/CO modules. The group lead will drive digital transformation, manage system changes, and ensure timely go‑lives for S/4.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead of employees in the technical controlling group.
• Oversee the future S/4 based system landscape for the FI and CO modules and further development within Business Process Modeling (BPM) aligned with stakeholders.
• Lead the system change to SAP S/4 in FI and CO and coordinate roll‑out in the legal entities.
• Work closely with the Robert Bosch central and HC Business Digital Office to implement business concepts in the system landscape.
• Act as FI/CO consultant to ensure on‑time go‑live of S/4.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Process Management, or comparable.
• Several years of experience in controlling or finance; comprehensive process know‑how in SAP ERP FI/CO and connected areas (e.g., SD, MM).
• Experience in creating process requirements and process chains.
• Knowledge in project management methods (e.g., PEP or agile) and in the implementation of projects.
• First leading experience.
• Clear communication skills with different stakeholders.
• Self‑confident, result‑oriented, responsible, structured, analytical, and business‑oriented work style.
• Enthusiasm to support transformation in finance and controlling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; willing to learn German.
