What we achieve together

Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes (focus on indirect purchasing) within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards!
Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department , including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW) you will work on the optimization and transformation of the Purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world
Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions
Develop and implement best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness
Design, train and support our Procurement and P2P teams on new processes and tools to maximize their success
Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible

What makes us successful together

Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
Several years of experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management
Sound experience with purchasing software and tools
Proven experience in project management , including change management and process optimization
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration
Business fluent in German and English
