Group Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Group Consolidation Manager to take full ownership of the Group’s consolidation and IFRS reporting processes. This is a highly hands-on role suited for a technical accounting expert who enjoys driving accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in an international environment.

The position requires strong expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, and financial reporting , ideally combined with experience working in Lucanet .

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the monthly group consolidation process
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare the annual consolidated financial statements
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual audits
Establish and coordinate the statutory audit process in Sweden
Review and validate reporting packages from international subsidiaries
Ensure consistent IFRS application across the Group
Continuously improve consolidation and reporting processes
Work closely with FP&A and local finance teams to align financial and management reporting
Maintain and further develop the Lucanet consolidation environment
