Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the Headquarters of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is located in Hamburg. At NG, we coordinate the activities of the group and manage overall developments strategically. We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

We are looking for a Group Treasury Manager (f/m/d) .

The position will be based in Hamburg HafenCity and reports directly to the Head of Group Treasury.

Your Responsibilities

Operational diversity: You will manage and monitor all cash management activities, take on tasks in foreign exchange management, and participate in the design and implementation of financing modules.
Strategic development: You will optimize existing processes and implement them responsibly. You will lead and drive transformation and digitization processes.
Cross functional Collaboration: You will be a competent contact person for related departments, subsidiaries, and banks worldwide. You will contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects.
Brand ambassador: You will further anchor treasury services and infrastructure in the global NKG world and strengthen our international network.

Your Profile

Qualifications: You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or have comparable qualifications.
Background: You have experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an international environment.
It's international: Very good written and spoken English is a must.
Skills: You demonstrate strong process understanding, analytical skills, and technological expertise, particularly in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. You are proactive and effectively drive and support change initiatives.
Mobility: You are flexible enough to take occasional business trips (approx. 1 to 2 weeks per year).
