Primary Responsibilities

Identify Growth Levers: Scout and analyse new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.
Drive Project Ownership: Take full 0‑to‑1 ownership of high‑impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product.
Deliver Strategic Insights: Deep‑dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating reports and forecasts that inform management decision‑making.
Optimize Commercial Performance: Analyse portfolio performance across channels and countries, and provide actionable strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements

Must‑Haves

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field.
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Proven analytical skills; confident with large datasets / spreadsheets.
Structured approach to problem‑solving and strong communication skills.
Hands‑on, proactive, and curious attitude.

Highly Valued (Bonus Points)

Relevant experience from consulting, finance, startups, e‑commerce, or similar business fields.
Knowledge of additional languages.
