As our Growth Manager for Spain & LATAM, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact in empowering car owners worldwide. You’ll join our Internationalization Team and support Carly’s expansion in Spain & LatAm by driving B2C marketing initiatives with a strong focus on influencer marketing and PR support. The role combines execution, agency coordination, and cross‑functional support to ensure profitable customer acquisition and enhanced brand visibility across local markets. Your contributions will be highly trusted and recognised— all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Own and manage influencer marketing end‑to‑end: from talent discovery and evaluation to high‑impact collaborations.
• Manage influencer agency relationships, ensuring smooth daily collaboration in contract creation, content review and publication tracking.
• Review and evaluate influencer profiles, oversee contract negotiations, and monitor campaign performance.
• Optimize influencer budgets to achieve efficiency and ensure growth targets.
• Support PR initiatives including press release content creation and event execution to drive consistent Tier‑1 media coverage.
• Localize and optimize ad copy for Paid Social and CRM campaigns to better resonate with Spanish and LatAm audiences.
• Assist in growth initiatives such as TV campaigns, brand awareness, funnel optimisation and B2B marketing as requested by the Country Manager.

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance‑driven influencer and growth marketing, preferably in Spain and/or LatAm markets.
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Fluent or native English proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, with strong ownership and structured execution.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to track, analyse, and interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience in PR coordination and/or brand storytelling.
• Previous work in a startup or fast‑paced international environment.
