About the Role

As Growth Manager you will take on a hybrid role combining strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring. You’ll be tasked with shaping growth strategies, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple functions to support the company’s expansion in German-speaking markets.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to DACH region markets (Germany Austria Switzerland)
• Analyze market data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, marketing, and sales to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, increase efficiency and support scalability
• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Support market expansion efforts, coordinate launches and adaptations for DACH markets
• Monitor performance, report results, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights

What You Bring

• Strong background in strategy, operations, or business development, ideally with DACH market exposure
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data, KPIs and derive actionable insights
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
