This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and will be based in one of our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Hamburg depending on your location.

Turn bold marketing ideas into measurable growth

Step into a role where you take the lead on demand generation and performance marketing. You will create and execute campaigns that attract, engage, and convert – all while shaping how we grow and accelerate our pipeline globally.

More specifically, you will:

Focus on performance marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO and ABM
Build and optimize marketing automation, including email campaigns and nurture flows
Optimize landing pages for conversion and inbound lead generation
Track and report KPIs to showcase marketing’s contribution to pipeline and growth
Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and asset needs.

You are a growth marketer with a flair for performance and impact

With your ability to balance strategy and execution, you thrive in turning data into actionable results. Naturally curious and collaborative, you enjoy experimenting, learning fast, and working closely with others to drive measurable outcomes

Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or communication
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS
Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO and ABM
Strong skills in campaign analysis, KPI tracking and reporting
Experience in marketing automation, including email campaigns and lead nurturing
Tech-savvy, with an understanding of software/SaaS markets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to refine marketing strategies.
Hands-on approach, adaptable in a small-team environment.
