On behalf of our client, an AI-powered growth platform helping companies unlock scalable visibility across Google and emerging AI search engines, we are seeking a UGC & Growth Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. Their product is already trusted by forward-thinking teams to save time, eliminate manual SEO tasks, and accelerate growth in the new era of AI search.

The Role

We’re looking for a UGC & Growth Marketing Manager to scale their presence across key platforms and drive audience growth. You’ll lead community-driven visibility initiatives and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns across Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. At first, your focus will be Reddit + Twitter/X + Threads (one stream) and LinkedIn (another).

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale UGC-driven campaigns across Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design audience growth strategies tailored to each platform
• Analyze performance using Reddit Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, GA4, etc.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, DALL·E) for content creation and automation
• Run A/B tests to refine messaging and maximize engagement
• Collaborate closely with founders and product leaders to align growth with business goals

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience growing audiences on Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and/or TikTok
• Deep understanding of UGC strategies and authentic community engagement
• Fluency in growth and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Typefully, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Figma)
• Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action — you’re hands-on and experimental
• Bonus: Experience in AI, SEO, or community-building at fast-growth startups
