Location & Type

Munich office – Full time (Growth Marketing Manager, f/m/d).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team.
Organize and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximize lead capture.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Design and manage lead nurturing programs including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance.
Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep-tech, or hardware/equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Independent, proactive, and well-organized working style.
Open-minded, collaborative personality with a solution-focused approach.
